MOBILE SILAGE MILL
INO MOBILE SILAGE MILL is the latest design in the production of this kind of silage mill and includes the most modern electronic technology. It is designed for grinding maize grains and husks for silage. Its capacity varies between 15 and 60 tons per hour, depending on the moisture of the material being ground, engine power, strainer size, lap number and size of grind material.
At the heart of the mill is a rotor with special blades, hammers and laps that grind the raw material. It is powered by an electrical motor with a power of 70-200 kW, or alternatively a diesel engine with a modern compensation clutch can be specially ordered. The clutch serves also as a safety device in the case of the mill being overloaded.
The rotor components are produced from high quality material that is heat treated and tested with x-ray or ultra sound to insure long term reliability and safe performance.
The use of different strainers, with different size and number of holes achieves the desired size of grains. The strainer can be easily and quickly changed.
Closing and opening the rotor trap, whilst keeping the mill at the full working capacity, regulates the input of the raw material into the mill.
The INO MOBILE SILAGE MILL is operated through a central control panel, with manual or automatic operating regulation. An automatic frequency regulator controls the optimal energy to minimise the running costs. According to the customer needs a frequency regulator can be built into the mill or kept separately and controlled by remote control.
The INO MOBILE SILAGE MILL can be transported by hitching onto the towing vehicle. Before transport the wheels must be lowered by a hydraulic device.
During work the mill stands on four rubber supports for minimising the vibrations.
Operation of the mill is simple and precise in each phase. Once ground the product can be blown to the desired place by the movable exit tube. As an option the mill can be equipped with an electromagnetic separator to prevent metal parts from entering into the mill.
Correct use and maintenance of the mill will achieve excellent result. The INO MOBILE SILAGE MILL has a lot of advantages in comparison with other producers, especially in milling quality, capacity and power consumption.

INO flail mower M model, is used for working on all green areas, in horticulture, vineyards and orchards, for cutting grass or prunnings with diameter till 2 cm.
M flail mower is specifically designed for mounting on two wheel tractors or on small tractors. In standard option we can offer you mounting part for the following models of two wheel tractors: Goldoni, Pasquali, Gorenje Muta, Labin Progres, Valpadana, BCS and for small tractor Tomo Vinkoviè. All other mounting parts can be produced according to the order.
